Hans-Werner Veen

Training as industrial clerk. From May 1972 to October 2017, Hans-Werner Veen was a full-time employee of the DAK Gesundheit health insurance fund. His last position there was that of head of the North Rhine-Westphalia business area. Since 1999, Hans-Werner Veen has been a member of the Federal Managing Board and the Board of Directors of the German Pension Insurance Fund (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund). Since October 2020, he has been an alternating chairman of the Board of Directors.

Hans-Werner Veen has been a member of the German Social Advisory Council since 2020.
